How to Fix the Installation Problem?
You're fine for the new installation
New Phlox users installing either the free version from the WordPress repository or the Pro version from the Envato marketplace shouldn't encounter any installation issues.

This is a temporary problem and it will be fixed very soon.
What is the Problem?
The latest Elementor update caused this issue, but the good news is that we've fixed it. Please read the following instructions carefully to completely resolve the problem.
Please do the following steps.
- Deactivate and Delete the Phlox Core Elements Plugin from the Plugins menu:
- Go to the Plugins menu
- Deactive the Phlox Core Elements Plugin
- Delete the Phlox Core Elements Plugin
- Click on the Installing the Phlox Core Elements button via the auto-installer notification.
After a few seconds, the latest version of the Phlox Core Elements will be installed and activated and everything will be back to normal.
- Please make sure to update everything after this.
The latest version of the theme and plugins should be as follows:
- Phlox Pro theme v5.17.0
- Phlox Core Elements v2.17.0
- Phlox Pro Tools v1.9.5
- Phlox Portfolio v2.3.7
- Phlox News v1.6.7
- Phlox Shop v2.1.5
If for any reason this did not work for you, please try manually installing the Phlox Core Elements.
- Deactivate and Delete the Phlox Core Elements Plugin from the Plugins menu:
- Go to the Plugins menu
- Deactive the Phlox Core Elements Plugin
- Delete the Phlox Core Elements Plugin
2- Download the Phlox Core Elements zip file.
3- Navigate to Plugins > Add new and click the Upload plugin button:
4- Select the downloaded file and click "Install Now".
5- After the installation, click the "Activate Plugin" button and it's done.
6- You can continue with the installation and the license activation process without any problems.
