Extending and Renewing Phlox Support (pro)
Phlox Pro comes with a free support service for six months. It means that you can access our support center and create a ticket whenever you face any issue. Our support staffs are available there to provide you with the best possible assistance as soon as possible. Also, please note that before asking any questions, check out our documentation. Because it is possible your question has already been answered there. If you cannot find the answer, then you can ask our support staff.
Renewing Phlox Support
You can renew your support for another 6 months when your support has expired.
How to renew or extend your support?
In order to renew Phlox support, you must have
less than 6 months
of your current support period remaining. Follow the below steps to renew your support:
- Log in to your account on ThemeForest
- Hover over your username and click Downloads
- Click on Renew support now! or Extend now next to the Phlox theme
Extending Phlox Support
You are able to extend your support for 6 more months at the time of buying the theme. It means you can expand the expiring time and it will be a total of 12 months. However, you can add these 6 months of support to your existing support period, even if it has not expired yet.

Update Your Profile on the Support Center
